This is the font cover of my book cover. Its a picture of coffee beans because I liked the idea at the time.

A book cover I made for graphic design class. It took me awhile to make but I eventually finished.

Animal Hybrid

The assignment was about creating an animal that was made out of three different animals it self. First I had to fill out an animal attributes worksheet, which was going to be graded. I had to search on google.com/images to find an image of each of my animals. I was required to have a background, I was recommended to make an aquatic background but I wanted to mix it up some, so I made it as a captured specimen. I used adobe illustrator to create this project.

I choose to use a eagle, hippo and a shark. I combined the body of a shark with the head of a hippo and attached the wings from the eagle. I included a trophy plate behind the animal I created to show that it was already caught.

The animals I choose don’t reflect my personality at all. I actually didn’t even know it had to reflect are selves. My background relates to my animal because it is unknown. Most animals that are unknown usually want to be caught by scientists, so that they can do experiments.

I feel like I’ve done really well with this project. I didn’t waste anytime sitting around or only working on one thing. I liked the hippo head and the shark body the most from my project. If I could change something I’ll change the wings and replace it with some other part from a different animal. I used mostly the same tools from my previous projects. I can’t really pick out on new thing I used.
